Carrot Cake

Ingredients

1 cup grated carrot 
2 cup SR flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp cinnamon powder 
1 egg
 
Method
1. Beat the sugar with oil. Add egg. Beat until fluffy.
2. Add in flour, cinnamon. Add in milk. Add in carrot.
3. Bake 50-55 min in a loaf tin at 180 degrees C.
