lasagna yg sungguh special

Salam..

Sian tgk blog ni.. mesti sume tgh bz kan.. marilah saye ingin share recepi yg diajar senior phd di Belfast.. sdappp.. saye da rasa byk kali, mmg sdap beliau buat.. saye blum brkesempatan buat lg, sbb lum ade sume bahan2.. klau ade rakan2 yg da ade bahan2 d bwh, knape tidak try? =)

White sauce:

- Fresh milk into pan, heat it up.
- Masukkan finely chopped (2 - 3 biji) onion and carrot (4 -5 batang). (All finely chopped)
- Add salt
- Bancuh 1 cawan tepung gandum dgn susu/air (make sure tak ketul-ketul)
- Masukkan bancuhan tepung tadi ke dalam pan
- bubuh secukup rasa Parsley, Black pepper, Basil & Mixed herbs.
- Masak & kacau sehingga pekat.

Red sauce:

- Heat oil
- Fried finely chopped anion (3-5 biji), carrot (6-7 batang) & garlic (2 ulas). (All finely chopped)
- Masakkan sehingga naik bau.
- Masukkan daging kisar (mince meat/chicken) ~ 1 kg
- Masukkan tomato finely chopped ( 4 -5 biji or 2 -3 tin)
- Add salt
- Bubuh air sedikit..
- Bubuh tomato sauce
- Bubuh secukup rasa Oregano, Basil, Parsley & Black pepper.
- Masak sampai pekat.

Layering of the lasagne:

- Guna bekas pyrex...
- Ratakan red saude dulu.. 1 layer..
- Lepas tu white sauce - 1 layer
- Tabur Cheese mozarella.. (kalau nak kuat sikit cheese nye, boleh tambah cheese cheddar)
- Susun lasagne sheet to cover the whole layer( fresh taken from the box i.e. tak perlu rebus dulu)
- Ulang semula red sauce, white sauce, cheese, lasagne sheet..
- To finish for the most top surface: Red sauce, white sauce, then cheese cheddar.

Panaskan oven dalam 180 -190 oC..
Masak lebih kurang 1/2 jam sehingga cheese dan lasagne sheet masak..

Itu saje.. belum cuba belum tau.. ! =)

oh, aku pun pernah buat lasagne ni tp lain skit la recipe nye sebab aku hentam recipe sendiri...haha.
asalkan sodap and bole makan tak kire la ape2 recipe kan?

xpe ke kalau tak rebus lasagne sheet dulu? nanti bila masak dia jadi lembut ek?
