Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water

Method

Mix the dry ingredient in one bowl. The trick is to sieve them altogether til they're properly mixed. Next mix in eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in boiling water (the batter would be slightly runny). Pour into pan. Set oven to 350F (dalam 165/170 degrees). Bake 30-35 minutes. Done!

Top with chocolate fudge.

ok kwn2..(aiseh..rase mcm rancangan memasak kt tv rtm)..
since its da 1st post 4 this blog,where u cn post n get recipes,m gonna share a reali2 ez recipe..
m nt sure wut its called..
coz i 1st ate it at this 1 jamuan back in kys..
but its ez enuf 2 make dat m sure even athirah cn do it..(eheh..jgn mrh thirah..=P)
1st,all u need r:
1. kulit popiah..
-ala..yg lmbut 2..m sure kt mane2 supermarket pun sure ade..kalau grand union pun ade..
2. crabstick..
-yg kaler merah putih 2..sure korg tau..
3. tepung kanji..
-tepung kanji ni,bancuh dgn air masak..we're gonna use it 2 stick kulit popia 2 2gether..
4. mixed veggie (kalau korg suke)
its easy peasy japaneasy (heard this sumwhere..in this movie or tv show or sumthng)..anyway..
all u hav 2 do is balut crabstick 2 dgn kulit popia td..kalau suke,ltak la skali mixed veggie 2..kalau x suke mcm aku,abaikn je bnde alah 2..
if u prefer a cuter (i.e kecik) version of this crabstick balut kulit popia,u cn cut da crabstick into any size which u prefer..
it doesnt matter..its gonna end up in ur stomach anyway..
sum ppl mite nt like it kalau kulit popia 2 jd tbal sgt lpas msk..
so, again, it depends on ur preference..ure free 2 do it in whichever way u want..
gaya balutan,ikut suke la..x pnting pun cane nk balut..ikut kekreatifan sndri..
dh balut,korg nk lkatkn ujung kulit popia 2,ltak la tpung kanji 2..
ble dh balut,da nex step is goreng..
mase goreng,sumtimes da crabsticks yg dh b'balut 2 tend 2 pop..or mayb it juz happened 2 me..
but theres no need 2 worry bout it tho..coz by then,all u'll b thinking bout is nk mkn!..
once its fried,u cn eat them wit chilli sauce or if u like,wit mayo too..
