Ingredients

Minyak masak
Udang
Kunyit
Bawang Besar

Jom la masak

1. Potong bawang besar. Potong la ikut selera anda. Bentuk kiub ke,love ke. Contohnye, Alia mesti potong bentuk x simetri. Berseni die kate..(hehe..ampun alia..)

2. Gaul udang dgn kunyit. Kalau syg kesihatan dan nak hidup lame,jgnla byk sgt. Masin kang. Kalau nak jugak masin, silakan. Tak slh di sisi undang..heheh..

3. Heat the cooking oil, n then masukkan bawang td. Kacau sampai agak2 layu, masukkan udang.

4. Bila udang dah nmpk merah n dah mengerekot, dh siap la tu. Padam api n hidang.

Udang xleh msk lame2. Nnt x best n x fresh. Kecut mcm kulit quiah lepas mandi (hambik kau nox,pandang hina blog ni ye??..hahaha..)

Bread Pudding Super Easy

Ingredients:

5-8 slices of bread (makin banyak makin keras)
500ml/2cups fresh milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp vanilla essence
raisins

Method:

1. Soak the bread slices in milk. I find it easier to estimate how many slices to use by soaking them in the baking tin/ceramic itself. Put aside.
2. Mix egg with butter and sugar. 
3. Add cornflour and vanilla essence. Mix well.
4. Add the bread and milk. Mix well. Add raisin.
5. Pour final mix into greased baking tin. I use ceramic - scrap the tedious greasing :)
5. Bake for approx 30mins or until brown in 180degrees pre-heated oven.



Mee Wantan

heads up quia!..m posting the recipe for mee wantan!..haha..

Ingredients:

Mee wantan

for the soup:

Oil (hofkos kot)
A clove of garlic, dicincang
1 packet of daging kisar (of your choice, beef or chicken) OR chicken ball OR fish ball
Mushrooms, or cendawan bunga (as much as you like)
Sawi
Tepung kanji (2,3 teaspoons-depending on the amount of soup)
Soy sauce
Pepper
Salt

Let's get cooking!:

1. Heat some oil in a pot. Once the oil is hot enough, tumis the garlic

2. Once the garlic has turned a little brown, masukkn daging kisar n kacau. Make sure it doesnt get too clumpy.
(TIPS: daging kisar may contain a huge amount of fat. For those who are on a diet, u may wanna try reducing the fat first. u can do that by merebus the daging in a pot of water n then leave it to cool. When it's cooled, u'll see a layer of fat on the surface. Buangkn the fat skali dgn air rebus td. wallaa! u now have daging kisar with a lot less fat

p/s: alia xleh buat tips ni..nnt x cukup lemak)

3. When the daging is cooked, throw in batang sawi n mushroom.
(just batang sawi je,not the leaves skali..n the mushroom kne rendam dl dgn air panas unless u bought fresh mushroom instead of dried ones)

at this point, u can also add in any kind of veggies of your choice. e.g: baby corn
bear in mind that veggies in leaves form such as daun sawi must be put in only at the end

4. Once the veggies are about cooked, add in some water according to your preferance. If you're serving many ppl, add in alot of water n vice versa. ikut suke la.

5. Prepare a mixture of tepung kanji, soy sauce (not too much), water and a little pepper in a small bowl. Add in the mixture into the pot and stir.

6. Let it boil, and then taste it. Add in some salt if necessary. If the soup is not dark enough (jgn gelap sgt plak!), u may add in some soy sauce.

be careful with the soy sauce and salt. u don't want your soup to be too salty

7. Before padam api, masukkan daun sawi td. Dah agak2 layu, padam api. But don't close the lid yet. Wait till it's a little cooler. Takut daun sawi td jd kuning.

8. Boil some water in a separate pot. Letak a little oil into the water. Just a little. Once it's boiled, masukkan mee wantan td. Don't leave the mee in the pot for too long. Bile dh masak, angkat, toss the water and put in a bowl.


Once done, serve with bawang goreng and cili padi potong dgn kicap..: )..

[Menyapu-nyapu debu di cook-a-rama]

Ingredients:
1/2 cup self-raising flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method:
1. Beat butter with sugar. Add egg.
2. Insert self-raising flour, cocoa and salt. Then add vanilla essence.
3. Pour batter into greased baking pan.
4. Bake in pre-heated oven : 350F for 25-35 minutes.
