Yummy..!!

Bahan2nya ;


5 biji telur
250 g gula
500 g Italian Mascarpone
250 g Italian Ricotta
Biskut "rich tea"
Coffee/Nescafe/Hot Choc



Cara2nya..

Adunan A

- 5 kuning telur + 250 g gula
- tambah 500 g Mascarpone
- tambah 250 g Ricotta

Dgn mggunakan mixer, kacau sehingga rata

Adunan B


5 putih telur - kacau sehingga kembang

A + B

Kacau sehingga jadi cam kt bwh ni~ ;)


Seterusnya, biskut 'Rich Tea' dicelup dgn air Coffee/Nescafe/Hot Choc (tak kisah apa2 pun, asalkan mmberi rasa) dan disusun sperti dlm gambar2 di bwh~



Tuangkan adunan A + B tadi.. kemudian diselang-seli dgn susunan biskut..





Kat lapisan atas skali, boleh gaks klau nk tabur serbuk chocolate, terpulang mengikut kekreativitian masing2.. Kemudian bolehlah disejukkan dlm peti sejuk selama beberapa jam.. Siap!! Snang kan? ;D

Choc Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients:


A - mix together:
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

B - beat together
1 egg [large]
3/4 cup milk
4 tbs melted butter
vanilla essence

C -
1/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup brown sugar

D - 
1/2 cup hot water

Method :
1. Mix B to A gently to blend. 
2. Spread into pan.
3. Mix and sprinkle C over mixture.
4. Pour D gently over mixture in baking pan - DO NOT MIX. 
5. Bake 35-40 minutes at 175 degrees C until set and sauce bubbly. 

Carrot Cake

Ingredients

1 cup grated carrot 
2 cup SR flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp cinnamon powder 
1 egg
 
Method
1. Beat the sugar with oil. Add egg. Beat until fluffy.
2. Add in flour, cinnamon. Add in milk. Add in carrot.
3. Bake 50-55 min in a loaf tin at 180 degrees C.
